"Clean, comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood"

The beach 5 minutes from the property, perfect for evening walks, very close to the shop, easy to park the car, the apartment is very spacious, clean, very helpful owner

Additional charges for air conditioning, which is only in two bedrooms, neighbors who paid attention to the volume in the apartment, even if we were sitting in the living room and talking quietly, you can't use the terrace in the evenings, because at 8 p.m. the neighbors quiet down when you just talk

Great place to stay in at Palma. Close to a good beach, if you have very small children it might get deep too fast, but for us it was lovely. Better then Playa Jardin further down on the beachwalk. So nice to listen to mostly Spanish on the beach. The house was great and had all we needed. If you book the air conditioner, check to see that they have started it and included the remotes so you don't have to start the first nigh without. The house is very close to a big supermarket. And Close to the buss stop for Palma city centre. We had a fantastic stay (2 adults + two girls 15 and 17 years old)
