Gray Door Apartments - Adults only

The hosts were very communicative!! Helped with recommendations and were overall just awesome. Place was super clean (I am a clean freak!!)

Very easy to enter. Market near by walking distance. Bus stop walking distance. Cleaning lady on standby if you need anything

My daughter and I stayed at the Gray Door Apartments at the end of May 2025. It was nice and quiet. There is a washer and dryer on each floor to use. They give you 2 tokens to use for the washer and dryer. The apartment has everything you could need. There is a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and even bags to use when shopping at the store. You can sit outside at your own table and chairs. The pool has lounge chairs, umbrellas and small tables. The one thing that we didn’t like was that the bed in our unit was way too soft for us and we woke up with our backs hurting. We did enjoy our stay and will definitely stay here again!! The hosts, AJ & Denise were great.

The apartment was very well kept and the information provided about the island and activities were spot on. The location was great becuae it allowed us to visit everywhere on the island. If you choose to stay you are going to need a rental vehicle. AJ and Denise were great hosts and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was in a quiet area. I love that they were in contact with me right after I booked and gave me help information about possibly renting a car. They also made sure to contact me right before & day off my trip, as well as the day before. The apartment was so spacious & looked even better in person. The videos & instructions were great & extremely helpful. They also responded very quickly when I had any questions. There was a misunderstanding about how to use the washer/dryer with the tokens & they quickly found an alternate resolution that allowed us to check out on time. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a pleasant stay. The host was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend if you want more to stay away from the crowd.

The host made it seem like that it was really easy to enter the property when it wasn't. They had hidden key boxes for the door which they do show in a video however the key boxes or hidden on the side of the property and not in front of your parking space which makes it very difficult to identify also too we had some ants in the kitchen. And the maintenance or host claim that we left food out overnight. Which is something that we don't do at home.

Best decision we made to stay here. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back!
