We had a wonderful early Valentine’s getaway for our 45+ married selves. I/we will never forget the warm, personal touch we felt on checking in. I/we do not think we’ve ever felt so thoughtfully taken care of. Ben was a stellar one man welcoming committee. Bravo Hampton Inn Saratoga! We hope to be back someday!

I am so upset that I got woken up at 3:28 am by the phone in my room. Saying it was the front desk and asking me all sorts of questions about my credit card and how I didn’t get charged for incidentals! I was so upset I could not go back to sleep! Then as we were leaving people in the elevator were talking about how they got woken up as well by the same thing. Also the front desk as I was leaving said our personal information may have been compromised due to a phone leak or something. Horrible experience and now I have to wonder if my personal information is being used by someone.
