The room smelled and I killed at least 10 bugs (maybe roaches) during my 2 night stay

Staff was super friendly and room was amazing!

The courtyards are beautiful and a perfect use of space!!!

The room was nice!! Very modern and up to date rooms, parking was easy, very reasonable prices. They offered additional bedding & covers in the room without asking already in the closet. Enough towels and shower gel were provided!! The lady with the blue braids was so nice her customer service was amazing!! The room was modern up to date ! The parking was convenient. I like the fact that thr was a vending machine that took credit cards right by the front door . everything was 5 min away as far as restaurants, etc . I'll definitely book this hotel again when I'm in town.

The floors could have been moped. The floors weren't all that clean. My feet were a little dirty, so I mopped the floor with towels they provided.

Place was quiet and felt safe. People were kind and polite. Area had plenty of stores. Room had plenty of towels.

The place No breakfast. Location was good. Amenities were fair. Had to go buy toilet paper as they said they were waiting on a delivery. Kitchen had only 1 pan. Bedroom had an odor of cat urine. Went out and bought a floor cleaner and a towel to use as there was no mop or broom. Was not able to get rid of the odor. Bought a spot ge and dish soap as none was in the room. Was a decent place but can use some improvements.

Its a newly built building. I like the convenience of a full size frig and a stove.

The receptionist was very helpful and professional.

I was charged $302.18 for my room then another $552.18 which is still pending on my account. I understand they hold $250 until you check out but not $552.18.
