"Friendly and comfortable."

The welcome friendliness of the staff, comfort of the room and the amenities', morning breakfast was good, chairs on the patio were nice to sit in and enjoy not only the late afternoon, but to see a robin feeding her young at the top of the bear totem pole. I would highly recommend this hotel.

"Not comfortable"

Right off I80 Clean

Worst pillows I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Loud AC that comes on and off all night. You can hear trains all night. Pull out bed mattress was a joke, 3” thick and old. Overpriced for the quality. Alarm clock went off crazy early, we didn’t set it. Faucet was loud and squeaked. Felt like a motel you should have paid half the price for.

Too noisy to sleep. Footsteps upstairs were terrible. We couldn’t stay so checked out without staying. The staff was not kind. We had to pay full fee although we couldn’t stay.

Staff were welcoming and very helpful.

The bathroom had been cleaned. However, all of the corners on the floor and shower were in need of attention. Really made it look unclean compared to our previous hotel.
