I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bangalore and had raised a concern regarding the restaurant breakfast service, the customer service was disappointing. I truly appreciate how professionally the hotel handled my feedback. Chef Ramachandran, in particular, was extremely kind, attentive, and understanding. He personally made sure my concern was acknowledged, reassured me that it would not be repeated, and even arranged food to be sent to my room, which I really appreciated. It was good to see that the staff took the concern seriously and made genuine efforts to improve the guest experience. Thank you to Chef Ramachandran and the team for their care and hospitality.

I had a one-night layover stay and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. One of the biggest advantages is the direct access to Orion Mall from the hotel, which offers a wide variety of shopping, dining options, and even a supermarket—very convenient during a short stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. I especially liked the inbuilt massage shower, and the bed was cozy with good air conditioning. The only downside was the pillow, which could have been more comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was satisfying. The hotel offers good value for money. The airport is about an hour away depending on traffic, so plan accordingly.
