The lication was good and the property had the necessery facilities and equipment for staying there.

The property was extremely dirty including all facilities. The kitchen including the silverware was extremely dirty to the point that they were not usable. Besides that the toilet and the windows looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all for a long period of time. You get the feeling that the place was just given from the person who rented it before to the next without cleaning it properly.

La richiesta di cambiare la lampadina del bagno perché bruciata e mi è stata consegnata la lampadina in mano, non potevo cambiarla perché non avevo il cacciavite, l’ho comunicato ma non è cambiato nulla. Un po’ più di attenzione nella pulizia
