"Exceptional"

Beautiful hotel, a little piece of paradise in Tulum. We stayed in a Garden Suite room, it had a 1 king and 1 queen beds. The interior is as good as the exterior, nicely curated and decorated, with a beautiful cozy balcony in the jungle. Great beach, location, good food & drinks options. The staff is super friendly & helpful. They packed us breakfast boxes & coffee to-go as we checked out at 7 am. I definitely recommend this hotel.

"A relaxing paradise!"

Absolutely stunning place with the best concierge team ever! They helped us with everything we needed, and very quickly! It is relatively small compared to other hotels around, so it is much more relaxing with less people being there. A truly wonderful stay!

If your room is closer to the road, you get to hear the loud music from bars and restaurants outside. But this is Tulum and it never lasted all night, usually stopped around 11pm-12am. Otherwise, we had the best sleep!

"It was good, but too expensive."

The room was confortable and the room service was exceptional.

The food and bar costs are absurd. The service at the restaurant and bar were not as expected for the cost.

Their concierge service was amazing, they were happy to help us with everything we needed and made great recommendations for restaurants to try. Moreover, the property’s own restaurant/bar is overlooking the beach so as soon as you enter the area in the morning for breakfast, breathtaking!

"Exceptional"

Cant say enough positive things about our time at Nest. Sandra was a wonderful host to get us acclimated. She had great suggestions and was helpful with bike use and restaurant reservations. The restaurant staff was on it. Coco & Maurito (?) were very attentive and sweet. The food was excellent. Ivan was truly "the Man". He pointed us in so many positive directions and really looked out for us having a great experience. Beds were comfortable. (we stayed in 2 different rooms for our stay) Rooms were very clean. Grounds were very well cared for and the Beach was superb. We didnt want to leave and would stay there again.

Good included breakfast Beach is nice They changed our room when the music from the bar next door was too loud for us to sleep Friendly staff Bikes

Bar next door plays super loud music on weekends Food is expensive Wifi doesn't work well in the rooms, only in the common area There's a family oriented hotel on one side of the hotel and a public space on the other, so it's not that peaceful because of kid noise and beach sellers

"Good stay but I need my deposit back"

I didn’t like that I still haven’t received my 400$ deposit since I left a month ago They insisted that they released it and my bank haven’t received any transactions Plus the 100$ that was stolen from our room
