AquaVista Beach Resort by Panhandle Getaways

The location was beautiful! The pool and hottub was very clean and nice. The ocean front view was breathtaking!

The room was absoulutely extremely disappointing, nothing compared to the pictures or reading about the room and I am disappointed Booking.com would have this available to occupy. I have taken pictures and plan on sending them to you once I return home and I am asking for a full refund from you. List of things wrong: Icemaker broke in fridge (maintence worked on twice-still didn't fix it but left fridge unplugged on day while we were gone and all of our food ruined), TV-only 1 channel worked-maintence worked on and still didn't fix it, sliding door to balcony was broke unable to close it all the way or open it-maintence couldn't fix this either, mold all over the bathroom tiles and kitchen tile- completed awful, water stands in both bath tubs while showering, stove had mouse doo-doo in bottom drawer and the stove started smoking when trying to fix a food so bad the smoke alarm went off, walls not finished being painted-writing on walls, living room furniture did not match pictures-looked like bought seperate pieces at a 2nd hand store and did not look clean, beds --mattress in master room needed to be replaced, my husband and I had to share the middle of the bed or we would have sunk down to the floor on each side-bad sleeping arrangements, and sheets had stains on them. This was a terrible rental and I am extremely disappointed with the ROOM and Booking.com they did NOT match my expectations and intend to share my photos of all the problems with this room, unless I am given a refund or another week to another vacation spot on the beach that is much cleaner and nicer. DO NOT RENT this room or trust Booking.com!!!

The location of the facilities was great, beach was great.

Room was not clean, rugs were dirty (we washed them), mold & mildew in many areas and on furniture,(It was bad enough that I took pictures to document), ice maker did not work,wall hangings were falling off the walls,windows were dirty, room smelled musty, lanai area was dirty.

Maintenance showed up the first night at like 10pm acting like they wanted to change the filter to the ac. Kind of weird. The next day the ceiling was leaking from the condo above while taking a shower and into the living room. Didn't care about fixing it.

The condo was neat and clean. It was close to great places to explore and dining. We tried a bunch of the places the owners recommended. They were terrific. Some mix up with the parking psss was quickly rectified by the realty company. The beach was beautiful.
