היה רצוי לציין שהמיטה היא על במה , נמוכה מאוד וחצי מהחדר עם גג משופע , אורחים בגילאים שלנו 66-70 , קשה להם לקום ממיטה נמוכה וקשה בכלל להיכנס למיטה . אין NETFLIXS , גם הכסא הבודד בחדר אינו מתאים לגילנו

Loved the facilities, the restaurant and food were really good,

I didnt like that there was not fresh water put in the rooms daily. I was disappointed that the massage wasnt available and I wasnt advised in advance so could not at such a short stay make alternative arrangements. I also thought that there could of been slippers and toiletries in the hotel that were provided for.

Location.

I paid approximately €380 per night for bed and breakfast for a three-night stay, and while the lobby, restaurant and location were good, the actual room felt more like basic student accommodation than a properly equipped hotel room. The attached photos show the reality clearly: a mattress on a raised platform, no proper desk (I worked from a shelf under the TV), almost no furniture, no minibar, no room phone, no room service, and virtually no hospitality touches despite the premium pricing. The stay ended with an unhelpful and rude interaction from the night staff at 5am checkout when I asked a simple question about the taxi pickup location, which summed up an overall disappointing experience.
