Property very comfy home from home could do with a later check like hotels say 1200 hrs

I've stayed here many times and love the location. Cleaning staff are great.

The apartment is very tired looking in places and needs a little TLC and money spent on painting and general decor including replacing of carpets whuch are very stained.

Apartment is spacious in a good location, short walk from train station. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom ok.

The apartment is getting worn and could do with an update in the near future. The cleanliness was not as good as I'd expect.

Ensuite bathrooms for both bedrooms. Comfortable lounge and kitchen area.

I always stay here when visiting family. The cleaner called Julie was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. She was amazing.

The heating broke whilst we were there in December and the cleaner, Julie, and plumber Alun, were very helpful in trying to get this sorted and mended. However we were without heating for approx 15 hours with a small baby and no Electric heaters were available. The management agents were on the ball and their hands tied but this apartment definitely needs some TLC from the owner. Such a shame as its a great decent size apt. It does, however, require a bigger sofa as the one in there only seats 2 people. This apt sleeps up to 5. However I will be staying again but please give this apt the love it desperately needs.
