Good location for my needs, Helpful staff, room facilities good

Wished more cleanliness, breakfast was better last year

Location was ok, near ovenfresh

Tariff was too costly. Staff were inattentive and untrained, unable to follow basic instructions. Cot was not available with extra bed. When this issue was raised, staff and manager were dismissive and rude while accepting feedback. Breakfast spread was sparse and of poor quality. Bathroom sliding door was extremely heavy and poorly planned, handles were not user friendly.

Location

I made a reservation for four adults and two children (age 14) and asked for a discount on the price since we didn't have children when checking in, but my request was denied. Breakfast on the second day of our stay was subpar.

Staff was courteous, clean and tidy

Although there is a game zone, there is no kids activity … can improve on toddler play area if they are expecting families to come
