From location to cozy interior, I liked the unit a lot!

Sand on floor and no closet

No breakfast was offered. I liked the location and decor and convenience to shopping and restaurants. Heated pool and washer/dryer was nice.

I didnt like that the garbage was never picked up and we had little space to dispose of trash in the bins from the time we arrived. I didn't like that there is no closet or storage space. A piece of furniture with closet unit and drawers would resolve it. I was not a fan of sharing the pool with others, and the loud alarm to open and close doors to the backyard space was unnecessary. I had my family visit from 7 pm to 9 pm, well under the curfew with no music or loud children. I understand there were noise complaints which I believe were unfounded. If children or no. of visitors are not welcome, you should clearly state that. I was told it was okey to bring family. There is little parking or options for additional parking for visitors. We could not eat our grilled food due to many flies that swarmed our food. We had to eat inside. Some insecticide would have worked. Backyard units were not separated or private enough. There should be fenced areas to add some sense of privacy in between 3 units sharing the backyard area.

Great location, walking distance to beach and stores. Cute place, very clean.
