Hotel jest świetnie położony tuż przy stacji metra, na parterze dostępne są bezpłatne kosmetyki i akcesoria łazienkowe. Ładnie zaaranżowany i przestronny pokój (premium). Personel restauracji bardzo uprzejmy i zaangażowany.

Sprzątanie niestety na bardzo słabym poziomie - odnoszę się do dnia kiedy miał miejsce tzw normal cleaning (co 3 dni) - sprzątanie bardzo wybiórcze. Jest to hotel czterogwiazdkowy a do śniadania oferuje napoje kawopodobne z automatu zamiast kawę z ekspresu ciśnieniowego.

Buona posizione. Camera grande pulita, bagno particolare (il lavandino è nell’ingresso, wc e doccia sono in due stanze separate), forniti shampoo e balsamo, detergenti vari, rasoio ecc… Tutto informatizzato, abbiamo fatto precheck in online, check in e check out alle macchinette. Il personale era presente alla colazione ma per il resto non abbiamo visto nessuno… possibile inviare i bagagli alla struttura fanno anche servizio di deposito.

Perlomeno una persona fissa o un modo più chiaro per contattarla…

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei diesem Hotel einfach Klasse. Ich war jetzt schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und bin immer wieder von der Lage beeindruckt. Es gibt Stationen von Bus und Bahn die in alle Richtungen fahren. Richtig gut!

Kann soweit nichts aussetzen.

Relativ zentrale Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer weg von der Strasse mit schönem Blick auf den Kyoto Tower und Bahnhof. Das Frühstück ist in Relation zum gesamten Preis sehr gut - das Personal im Restaurant sehr nett.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war teilweise sehr verfleckt. An das Konzept ohne Personal an der Reception muss man sich etwas gewöhnen...
