Le personnel est très à l'écoute du client, agréable, souriant. Un membre de l'équipe parle le Français et vous apporte un service de qualité

Lovely, clean and spacious room. Staff were friendly and just a short walking distance to the centre. Quite a few coffee shops / cafes close by. Breakfast was also great. Only thing to complain about was the uncomfy mattress on the bed, but it was bearable as the rest of the hotel was great.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel niks is te veel. Kamers en omgeving schoon.

The people at the hotel were very helpful. We found the hotel to be at a great spot that allowed us to walk into Fira and the neighbourhood. We were able to have great breakfasts each day. Parking was easy. Thank-you for a great stay.

What an amazing hotel this is. From start to end we have no issues and everyone has been really nice to us! Would recommend

Nice and clean

Bel hotel assez récent avec chambre spacieuse ( attention ne pas choisir côté route) et piscine et petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Bon rapport qualité prix. Manque un peu de charme.

There was no hot water and there was a terrible odour coming from the bathroom. The beds were not comfy, you could feel the springs. There were no elevators to bring your suitcases up and down floors. There was not much staff present on the facility, especially the pool bar. They also did not offer transport during our stay. There was no wifi in our room at all throughout our entire stay.

Piscine, la propreté bien situé par rapport aux transports pour l’aéroport et Fira et Oia IA. Personnel accueillant!… Le suporte du rideau cassé 😞
