HUThe host informed us just 16 hours before our arrival that they could no longer accommodate us. I tried calling them, but they didn’t answer. Instead, they messaged us asking that we cancel the booking from our side. I asked them to do it instead, since I was no longer able to cancel it for free, but they refused, so I had to contact customer service.

LKNice clean appartment. It's isn't a resort like one could expect. There is no bar, restaurant, reception, just appartements.
Grumpy old man who maintains the place. Not friendly or helpfull at all. While the other people who work there are super friendly.

Could be cleaner and lot of damage already, although just 5 years old. Also not all the facilities available as before season opening. Not all the apartments have a parking lot, some have 5, some zero. You can park outside though for free.
Lovely clean apartment, well equipped. Some distance from train station, which was more than expected. Reception staff did not speak English, but this did not affect our stay in any way. We all really enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation!
War alles super, hatten dieses mal ein Appartement mit Garten, unser Hund fand das sehr gut, genauso wie wir. Balaton mit eigenem steeg, SUB ausleihen, Pool auch vorhanden. War wieder sehr erholsam, nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.
A recepció nem vette fel a telefont, így érkezés előtt nem tudtuk hogyan tudjuk majd elfoglalni a szàllást. A zuhany törött volt. Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közvetlen a Balaton partjàn.
