"overly priced /no water/no electricty /mould on walls and cockroaches"

Good day Bookings Team, I am writing to formally request a 50% refund for my past booking due to multiple serious issues experienced during our stay. These issues significantly affected our comfort, safety, and overall experience, particularly as we were staying with children. Please find the details below: 1. No Water and Electricity (6 Full Days) For six full days, the property had no water and no electricity. While I understand that municipal outages can occur, this should have been clearly disclosed prior to confirming the booking. Additionally, when electricity was unavailable, municipal water supply was not activated as a backup. You also confirmed that water pipes had “burnt out,” resulting in no hot water. Water and electricity are basic necessities and frequent disruptions of this nature must be disclosed upfront. 2. Mould on Walls – Serious Health Risk There was visible mould on the walls close to the beds and lounge area. Mould poses a serious health risk. As a result, my children had to be taken to the doctor twice, and I have doctors’ letters confirming their condition was caused by mould exposure. You were notified immediately upon our arrival, and I requested to be moved to another property, but you confirmed no alternative accommodation was available. 3. Poor Quality Bedding and Towels The bedding and towels were excessively worn and overused. As this property is charged at a premium rate, clean, comfortable, and good-quality bedding and towels should be standard. I have photographic evidence available. 4. Cockroach Infestation There were cockroaches present on a daily basis. Under no circumstances should a guest experience a cockroach infestation. Proper pest control must be carried out before advertising or renting out a property. I have multiple photographs documenting this issue. 5. "Absolutely disgraceful"

This was the biggest waste of money, the accommodation is run down and dirty. Upstairs showers is broken and the downstairs one the door is so almost impossible to close without a fight. The linen is all stained, torn or frayed. There were two globes blown before we even got settled. The garage has trash everywhere. The swimming pool was green and to top it all off there was old dirty, bloody underwear wrapped in a towel in the bottom of one of the cupboards! We then got moved to another one of their accommodations (Billy’s bay cottage) which was appreciated but really a pain and inconvenience as one of our party is disabled. There was a globe out in the one bathroom and the entire week we had maintenance in and out as there is 0 water pressure. Overall I would tell everyone this is a waste of money, not once were we offered and compensation for this absolute joke or even the owner coming to talk to us. To make ever worse we had to keep avoiding human waste on the beach(we saw them in the act so we know it was not a dog). Would not recommend

Place os near the sea. The swimming pool was clean🙏

Linen was dirty and there was bed bugs especially the sheets were dirty in the main bedroom

Unit big and cozy. Walking distance from beach, the waffle house. Atmosphere was great and relaxing.

The rain hahaha.. Kept raining whole weekend.

The view was amazing and the staff was super helpful. We had a problem with the fridge, it was sorted within 1 hour. They brought us another fridge. The holiday home was clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything you need in a kitchen. We are definitely going back. We got what we paid for and more.

The door leading to the garage needs some TLC, it needed strong arms to open and close.
