Aloft by Marriott Little Rock West

Beautiful property with an amazing low key bar atmosphere. Rooms are quaint loft Style but no microwave. Large shower. Front desk is super friendly as well as thd housekeeping staff. Bar had live music with pool table and games. Outside pool area is chic and open . It offers a nice fire pit and plenty of seating

Overnight stay for NYE. Excellent location with a good price point. Repeat customer at this hotel :)

The location is convenient to a nice shopping area

The pet fee is outrageous! The lounge area had an EXTREMELY loud music party that we could hear on the fourth floor. The facility looks a bit beat up.

The location is great - it's nice to be able to walk over to The Promenade at Chenal to eat, shop or catch a movie. The property is clean and very well maintained. Also, the bartenders at the WXYZ Bar are great - a shout out to Jared and Allie for taking such good care of us!

The Aloft was convenient to a nice outdoor mall. The staff was okay. I thought it was unreasonable to charge $50 more to check in before 1pm even if our room was ready. The staff was not familiar with the rules and when I returned to check in at 1pm, the staff member at the desk, William, said I would have to pay $50 to check in early before 3pm. The breakfast was not free.

A large family group stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Several guests expressed their discontent with the staff at the front desk, not particularly welcoming and polite (particularly one or two individuals). The rooms are all the same, large, with a decent sitting area, but very minimalistic. The "open closet" is a rod with two-three hangers per room, and no additional hangers available (double room). Small set of drawers as well. Shortly after arrival, I have asked to speak with a manager, who was not available at the time. I left a message. As mother of the groom who helped to organize the group I expected to get a phone call back. I received it on the Monday after everyone had already left... While I understand that the set up of the rooms is standard in the Aloft hotels, all in all, I, and my guests, was not impressed by this hotel and I am not inclined to recommend it.
