The staff were accommodating, pleasant and attentive- always ready to answer our questions and assist us with anything we needed. The room was clean , quiet and complete with all the amenities we needed during our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Convenient location access to both freeways of I-880 and I-680 in Bay Area. Good services received by staffs. By the way, Faisal A. who's evening front desk staff presents professional attitudes in proactive manner which's worth to mention specifically. He deserves my respect!

We stayed for 2 nights, in the morning of the 2nd day, we asked for house keeping before leaving the hotel but when we came back at night, the room is not done and the desk person says my request was never recorded. So we were left without clean bedsheets and towels. The next morning, house keeping knocked on our door several times at 8 and 8.30 in the morning. Worst.
