le parking dans la résidence est cher , 28 € la journée , nous sommes restés 5 jours donc 140 € il serait bien de faire un forfait à la semaine pour diminuer un peu le cout , c'est du budget en moins à consacrer en sortie en ville

Good location - 15 mins to Uffizi, 5 mins to Accademia. Friendly, hardworking staff. Attractive hotel. Bed was comfortable. Room facilities were good and room was clean.

We booked a deluxe room overlooking the garden - unfortunately the room allocated (71) entrance is on the ground floor of the main building, there is no real view of the garden as the blind has to be down constantly for privacy (there is no voile). The blinds (there is also a blackout blind) do not fit the window well so there is a gap. The room is noisy being on the main corridor near to the door that leads to the proper garden rooms in the courtyard outside and it is a couple of doors from the cleaners room - it is below the breakfast room & terrace, so there is noise from before 7am until after midnight and we were often woken in-between with noise from the corridor. The other issue was the position of the air con, directly over the bed, even when it was turned off there was a cold down draft onto us. Breakfast at 8am hadn't been replenished - they could do with an extra pair of hands at peak breakfast time. It wasn't the serene garden oasis we had in mind from the photos and we wish we'd saved our money and just booked the standard double, which folks seem to have been happy with. The room basically needs to stop being marketed as deluxe until it is better soundproofed. Our suggestion is an additional soundproofed door into the bedroom area, re-positioning of the bed on the wall opposite the window away from the air-con and a voile at the window - this would likely fix most of the issues), although saying its overlooking the garden still feels like a bit of a stretch, when all one can see without the blind down is a bush and covered walkway. It would be worth a member of staff staying in the room to experience it.
