Leider war die Dusche defekt. Der Frühstücksraum ist mehrere Gebäude entfernt. Die Waffelmaschine beim Frühstück war defekt. Das Frühstück war mäßig.

"Beautiful, old-school hotel near key attractions."

The Golden Gate Hotel has terrific, old-school but well-maintained ambience. The location is great (just 5min from Chinatown, 10min from Union), and the price-point is too. For travelers that want to get away from the cold, modern hotel feel, this is the perfect place. Breakfast is served two doors down, with GGH hosting afternoon tea — both are great options for kicking off your day. Staff is warm and helpful, and of course who can forget the resident cat, who will warm up to you after a night or two.

If you arrive after hours, you’ll want to stop by the Cornell (their partner hotel) first. This could have been better communicated.

"Hôtel de charme à San Francisco"

Super hôtel de charme ! Conforme aux photos. Gros point Bonus pour le chat, qui vous suis de partout jusque dans vos chambres. Le petit déjeuner est correct, (venir tôt pour avoir plus de choix) Très proche de la fameuse ligne de Cable Car rejoignant l’océan.
