Italianflat - Design rooms Verona

Perfekte Lage, besonders für einen Besuch in der Arena Verona. Selfcheck-in und Check-out fanden wir sehr gut.

Die Küche ist sehr sparsam eingerichtet und für unsee Verhältnisse hätte es sauberer sein klnnen.

Arrived to a uncleaned room, gave us another room which was actually the one I had booked and paid for.Two nights later some people walked into our room and said it was theirs 😭 The next day we informed the owners and said it was double booked but they said no as the room we first had wasn't cleaned they gave us another room but forgot to inform someone that the room was occupied.When I said the room I now have was the one I had booked on booking.com they said they were not aware of that booking.I then sent pictures of my booking and asked why I was charged for a deluxe room and they had given me the wrong room??I didn't receive a reply but unfortunately the next day the door code didn't work so someone came to open up.Not the best experience for a vacation.On a positive note the room was nice and central and in a excellent location.I hope I have just been unlucky and they sort out there communication with booking.com.

Totul a fost excelent, curățenie, locație și dotările camerei excelente nu îți lipsea nimic! Cu siguranță o voi recomanda oricui ajunge în Verona!

Chambre propre et bien équipée. Très bon emplacement, proche des arènes et des rues piétonnières.

Une seule fenêtre sur cour donc manque de luminosité.

Exceptional apartment

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr zentrale Lage! Sie ist sehr modern ausgestattet und hat eine ruhige Lage und man konnte sehr gut schlafen.

Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist nicht ausreichend. Der WC-Deckel war locker und die Abflüsse waren leicht verstopft, wurden kurzfristig behoben . Der Code zum Flur vor dem Apartment war auch defekt, wurde aber auch behoben. Mit der Mängelbeseitigung waren wir gut beschäftigt und es war ärgerlich. Für 4 Tage waren u. E. zu wenige Handtücher vorhanden.
