"Fabulous location, comfortable and clean flat."

Fantastic location! Large room, very well set up and secure. Jackson offered great information and service. Eleanor was lovely when we arrived early to the room. I would only suggest some milk for coffee and cups for the tea. Thankyou for a lovely stay in Verona.

Come in descrizione e già questo è un valore aggiunto. Stanza molto grande con tutto ciò che serve. Molto pulita! Si trova a due passi dall’Arena e dal centro e pur essendo dentro un cortile è molto silenziosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Perfekte Lage, besonders für einen Besuch in der Arena Verona. Selfcheck-in und Check-out fanden wir sehr gut.

Die Küche ist sehr sparsam eingerichtet und für unsee Verhältnisse hätte es sauberer sein klnnen.

Arrived to a uncleaned room, gave us another room which was actually the one I had booked and paid for.Two nights later some people walked into our room and said it was theirs 😭 The next day we informed the owners and said it was double booked but they said no as the room we first had wasn't cleaned they gave us another room but forgot to inform someone that the room was occupied.When I said the room I now have was the one I had booked on booking.com they said they were not aware of that booking.I then sent pictures of my booking and asked why I was charged for a deluxe room and they had given me the wrong room??I didn't receive a reply but unfortunately the next day the door code didn't work so someone came to open up.Not the best experience for a vacation.On a positive note the room was nice and central and in a excellent location.I hope I have just been unlucky and they sort out there communication with booking.com.

Chambre propre et bien équipée. Très bon emplacement, proche des arènes et des rues piétonnières.

Une seule fenêtre sur cour donc manque de luminosité.
