Asvara Villa Ubud by Ini Vie Hospitality

Le service était incroyable, une expérience franchement agréable grâce à un personnel parfait, petite mention à Ade, une des dames du personnels qui s’est chargée de nous, et les deux driver également. La propreté et le confort de la chambre étaient absolument parfaits. C’est un séjour que je recommande sans hésitation.

Le petit déjeuner manque légèrement de choix mais rien de choquant et le fait qu’on ne puisse pas commander de Grab depuis l’hôtel est un peu compliqué, heureusement les deux conducteurs de l’hôtel sont très souvent disponibles, mais légèrement plus coûteux qu’un grab.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay at Asvara Villa Ubud by Ini Vie Hospitality… the room intself is great, it was clean upon arrival and very spacious, the pool and jacuzzi could have definitely been cleaner, the jacuzzi wasn’t fully functional. But that was not the worst part, the food was horrible, very limited choices for breakfast (only Indian cuisine) and the quality of the food could have definitely been improved. The service as-well, I wont detail my bad experience as the hotel tried to apologize and make it better, but I would still not recommend a stay here, could pay the same for much better options.

Beautiful room and staff

The staff are amazing. Very friendly, supportive, polite, kind, helpful.

1.) outdoor sun loungers are old and need updating 2.) no full length mirror 3.) mostly caters to Indians, food & entertainment option, which is great if you are Indian. 4.) walls are thin, I had to ask for staff to ask neighbours to turn their volume down. Not great if you are trying to relax. 5.) quite a few gaps in the windows/doors so the bugs will get in. 6.) you need to clean out behind side tables. Not a great thought to find condom wrappers next to the bed im sleeping in.
