They stole my 50 pounds of deposit claimed that they transferred back to my card and it’s the biggest lie I contacted my bank and they claimed that no transfer was made and my account is working Completely and they ask for a deposit to keep the people’s money, I left the room impeccable without any problems and they come and do this slutty thing I want my money from back!!! And I’ll post the screenshots of the conversation

Good location

There was a leak in the toilet which made the floor wet. They didn’t have any spare rooms so I couldn’t be moved. I had to chase them to get some extra towels to put on the floor to soak up the water and they didn’t change the towels on the 2nd day until I chased them when I got back to my room in the afternoon. Not much in the way of an apology and didn’t feel any sympathy or warmth from the staff.

It was clean. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.
