Incredible location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and lovely staff. I came back 7 years after my first stay to show my wife this incredible place and it did not dissapoint. Genuinely one of the most beautiful places to stay in Portugal. And I've lived there for over 5 years. They are also really accomodating with special requests.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the view – it is truly beautiful.

We chose this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Our room had a large number of ants, and when we reported the issue, the staff member we spoke to showed little concern and did not offer a solution. The spa also did not meet expectations. The jacuzzi was dirty and contained a noticeable amount of sand, which made it unpleasant to use. Another major issue was the poor sound insulation. We could constantly hear our neighbors upstairs, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

Pequeno almoço muito limitado (sem básicos como máquina de café expresso); Quarto (Jampal) a precisar de alguma remodelação (marcas nas paredes, paredes a descascar, autoclismo avariado); Ginásio com equipamentos que não ligavam (passadeira) e limpeza desse espaço podia ser melhor; Apesar de o quarto ser para duas pessoas, as coisas disponíveis (champô, gel de banho) eram apenas 1.

Scenery and cottage was over the top. Serenity at its best.

Giving tenants the code to the gate before we arrive! Could not find anyone to let me in upon arrival and no one was there to check me in. The sauna and hot tub were not in operation. No massage either which. We’re advertised.
