Some noise from the street at night - but to be expected given the central location.

Very clean inside the property. Nice effort with decour and large space in lounge (not safe for children as shin height window did not shut or lock - a toddler could fall out of 3 story window) This place would be good if you were going drinking in the nearby bars as it’s central, clean in the apartment itself. But unfortunately it’s bad if you want to sleep from 11pm, which we did, as so so so noisy at night from the bars. Single pane glass and windows that do not close. We couldn’t put our baby to sleep in the front room and the back room wouldn’t fit the cot because of a big beam across the floor. Awful entrance, through a gate with nails sticking out, covered in bird poop (no door handle on the gate). Past other apartments with padlocks on them, as if they’d been kicked in and the lock was a temporary solution. We paid for 2 nights but left after one. We called and emailed the host but heard nothing for 24 hours, despite lots of contact before we raised issues. We asked the host if they had alternative accommodation, but did not, we asked them to refund us because of the windows and they declined, but offered us a discount on our next stay. We won’t be staying again…

Noise, broken windows, unsafe with toddler who could fall. No resolution offered except discount on future bookings.

You deceive me with pictures. I even called the next day, saying I wanted to leave. You promised to call back. You did call and refused to pick my calls

The bed, the arrangement, and even the entrance were all very dirty.

The apartment was in an excellent location and in good condition overall

Pillows are a little on the soft side. So not a major issue

The flat was clean, tidy and comfortable although the building and stairwell to the flat is unkept. Perfect location for the city centre and although it is on a very busy street there wasn’t too much noise at night.

The backyard where the key box is has lighting but it has no brightness so useless. There are 4 steps from the alleyway, which is also dark, to the backyard so this is a safety issue that should be looked at. There was no internet connection.

It was a very beautifully decorated apartment, immaculately clean with fantastic facilities and was very central. Within walking distance of shops, train station, resturants and Worcester cathedral/river - the perfect base to explore Worcester from.

Great location. So cosy and warm when it snowed during our pre-Christmas trip. Comfy beds, great furnishings throughout. Well equipped kitchen, modern clean bathroom.
