Place was ok.

My booking was done incorrectly by the booking.com app. It was fixed whereby they corrected my dates and gave me a 2 bedroom instead of a 1 bedroom but then Baywater village staff did not want to give me the 2 bedroom.

"Good but not so good either, due to rats running around in the ceiling."

They place generally are OK. We go there yearly.

There are probably a rat/mouse infestation. We had rats running around the whole night since day 2. We reported it but was not moved to another unit so that they can sort out the issue. We were deprived of our rest/sleep.

During our stay, we noticed a few areas where the units could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. For example, we encountered ants in the kitchen, which led us to discard some food items and store everything in the fridge. Providing a larger supply of cleaning liquid would be very helpful, especially since the units are not serviced on Sundays. Additionally, given the number of mosquitoes, plug-in repellents in the rooms would make a big difference in comfort. This was my fourth visit to Baywater Village, and I observed that the units have not changed much over time. The roofs could benefit from a thorough cleaning, and the bedding and patio furniture would feel more welcoming with some upgrades. Overall, these improvements would help maintain the charm of Baywater Village while ensuring guests continue to enjoy a comfortable and refreshing stay.

Stayed for 4 nights at Baywater Village from Nov 10 to Nov 14 and it was an amazing experience. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Great spot for a getaway ( even with co-workers) highly recommend!
