Villa with pool & jacuzzi

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön angelegt mit mehreren Ebenen und gemütlichen Ecken. Durch die verwinkelte Architektur kann man sich jederzeit zurückziehen – ob in der Sonne, im Schatten oder einfach etwas abseits der Gruppe. Gleichzeitig bietet die große Außenküche einen perfekten Ort, um zusammenzusitzen und gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Das Highlight für uns war der beeindruckende Blick auf den Ätna – besonders schön von der Sitzecke am Pool aus.

Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Verbesserung: In den einzelnen Zimmern fehlen Haken oder Ablagemöglichkeiten, um Jacken oder Handtücher aufzuhängen. Auch Stauraum für Kleidung wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Wir konnten unsere Sachen für den zehntägigen Aufenthalt leider nicht richtig ausräumen und mussten sie im Koffer lassen – das fanden wir etwas schade. Zudem hätten wir uns gefreut, wenn der Außenbereich zwischendurch etwas gereinigt worden wäre. Gerade im Oktober sammeln sich viele Blätter und Zapfen rund um den Pool, was den schönen Außenbereich etwas beeinträchtigt hat.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Sicily – it truly offers a little slice of paradise with unforgettable views of Mount Etna. The outdoor space is the highlight: beautifully landscaped, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with six separate seating areas to relax or dine in. The pool is stunning – perfect for both cooling off and soaking in the views. The villa is very well-equipped with pretty much everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor kitchen is a great touch, and we really appreciated the air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms in the villa had its own bathroom, with the other just across the hall. Local shops are conveniently close, with everything you could need food wise, and Gardini Naxos is just a 5-minute drive away for beach trips or dinners out. Nunzio our taxi driver was a godsend! Roberto was very helpful before and during our stay. Overall, a beautiful property with unbeatable views and great amenities – with just a few fixes, it could easily be five stars!

There were a few drawbacks. We did have to contend with a lot of mosquitos, not the fault of the villa, but just be aware. The umbrellas around the pool were broken, which limited shaded seating. That said there are other places in the shade, just not lounging by the pool. We couldn’t get the oven inside the kitchen to work, but that wasn’t too inconvenient. The fourth bedroom was away from the main villa, cute but the bed could do with a more comfortable mattress. More hanging and drawer space in the bedrooms would also have helped. Also, while Taormina is stunning, it’s a 20-minute drive away, so be prepared to plan outings accordingly.

Our family spent two weeks at the Villa and we were just blown away. The house is gorgeous as you can see from the pictures, but what you can't see from the images is the thought and detail put into the house. It feels like the owners have thought about almost everything which makes your stay easy and relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed using the beautiful outdoor kitchen and eating in the many outdoor seating areas. The views of Mt Etna from the pool are unbeatable and being so close to town while feeling so tucked away and private is great.

If I was to be super picky the bed in the little casita could use a topper, but really this place is the best of the best.

The villa was one of a kind, featuring a unique garden and surrounding trees within the property. It offered an outstanding and unforgettable view of Mount Etna. This spectacular place was perfect for relaxing and chilling with friends or family. The kitchen was furnished to such an extent that you could open a high-end restaurant if you wished.

The price of the jacuzzi (EUR 250) during the off-season is to be paid extra. The tourist tax (3 euros/guest/day) is also payable extra upon arrival. I recommend that these additional expenses be conspicuously posted on the Booking webpage instead of learning about them from the host after renting the villa. However, the above does not deter me from thanking the owner for providing us with his beautiful home. Thank you. We really enjoyed our stay 100%.

- big and very nice garden with several places where you can sit / read / drink etc. you could eat delicious oranges and citrus from the trees - nice pool to swim - cooking facilities incl pizza oven outside - every room has its own bathroom

- you have barking dogs in the neighbourhood (but that’s normal for Italy)

The home was absolutely incredible. Everything felt Sicilian.

I rented a villa WITH a pool and jacuzzi. I was told by the caretakers that to use the jacuzzi it was a €200 charge. Which was a "discount". The jacuzzi was set up but smelled of mold. The pool was also never cleaned as we were told it would be the following day.
