The location was excellent, really quiet by night and very central. It is a 3 minute walk from the tramline which gives access to train station and most of the areas of interest. The kitchen is exceptionally well fitted out.

The stairs!!!!!!!!! There is a lift in the building but, annoyingly, it does not service this level!!!!!! Also there is a very annoying strip light in the bedroom which would not switch off!!!!!!!

All it was clean well locate luxurious just perfect

No parking and the led light in the bedroom was difficult to handle

Needs elevator access

The house was exceptional. The photos don't do the size any justice; the house is massive and very comfortable. The finishes are superb and it all feels very well put together. The location is amazing, right in the center of the city, yet in a quiet street. The host was very nice and attentive, we saw on the reviews that they didn't have an elevator and asked if someone could help us with our suitcases and she brought someone to help us wish it for a small fee. All things considered, I would recommend staying here, as it exceeded my expectations in every way.

The house, while nice, doesn't have an elevator so I would take that into consideration if you have big suitcases. It is also on a road that doesn't have car access, so a taxi wasn't able to stop right at the door.

bathrooms not en suite too much instruction on what to do & how to clear up - not much evident concern us re guest comfort & convenience no lift & stairs quite steep for older people with luggage - should have been made clear

Great flat, beautifully furnished, excellent location.

They asked us to fill out a 5 page form with all types of passport information for all 4 passports, which was a hassle on the phone. Finally, we sent the passport photos and that was ok. When we left, somebody was at the door at 9.30 and started cleaning the flat, although checkout was not even due for another half hour.

Great location. Fantastic apartment, very clean. Wonderful meet and greet with superb communication. I would highly recommend.
