Good clean hotel very spacious and good facilities. Friendly staff.

The breakfast room can be arranged better as felt it was quite a squeeze when multiple people were coming in and people were trying to get breakfast felt very chaotic. Also, the WiFi was not very reliable during our stay. These are minor things and I wouldn't want to take away from what a nice hotel it actually is.

FOR THE ROOFTOP: The bartender is supreme. He makes the best Pisco Sour and always makes me feel welcome and cared for. The view is extraordinary! It's one of my favorite places in Arequipa. >>> Here's my complaint directly to the owner(s)... Your management team is more about "this is the way we've always done things" and not about "hey let's create more income for the owner by being open to new ideas!" For example, you have a small swimming pool on the top sun deck along with lounge chairs. But it's always empty. And the rooftop is mostly empty. Even at sunset or afterward when the view is beyond stunning. I'd love to help you change this. Nice little hotel in a great location. Easy walk to the Plaza de Armas

Comfortable and clean rooms, good location, nice breakfast. Good and quick laundry service and also we got a breakfast to go when we left in the middle of the night to go hiking.

It can be quite noisy in the rooms when there are many people in the hallway.

The central location and the hot tub in the room.

The breakfast buffet was poor (cold scrambled eggs & stir fried beef) and only served until 9am. We are travelling with a 5-month-old and our sleep schedule is largely dictated by her. It was annoying to receive a wake-up call at 08:45 to ask us if we wanted their breakfast.
