As interstaters, the cottage had everything we needed for cooking (couldnt bring anything with us), just add food! Very comfortable and we will be coming back.

Great accommodation in an amazing location. Thryptolene Cottage had absolutely everything we could need to ensure a great stay for all of the family. Kitchen was so well equipped and Matt and Danny have really considered the needs of their guests in the extras they provide. Beds were comfortable and shower was great too. To be able to sit on our terrace and watch the kangaroos pottering around the cottages was priceless! The site is only a short walk into Halls Gap and over the road from a great Indian Restaurant! Highly recommend a stay here - we didn't want to leave!

Focus on reviews!!! All bedrooms overlooked from other chalets or the garden - would be good to have privacy netting as well as the curtains which were excellent.

Greeted by Matt who was clearly passionate about the environment he and his family lived in. The compendium in the cottage was first class and contained a wealth of information about the chalet and the local area. Our brief stay was wonderful. Lovely local walks and delightful wallabies to watch while eating breakfast. Matt was really attentive and great on communication.
