Very good breakfast and very clean new building

Small rooms which get very hot in afternoon but no AC, no fans, and no insect screens. So Mosquitoes enter at night as room cools and very thin walls so we listened to snoring throughout the night from the room next door. No hot water at 0800 or 0900 but owner told me I must be wrong. Tedious check in with strange ideas about tax avoidance that we never heard in any other hotel in 3 weeks in Chile. Male owner got upset when I asked about walking to the beach. Overall, the young owners are still finding their way.

Hermoso lodge. Excelente diseño arquitectonico. Vistas preciosas. HAbitacion muy confortable y con vistas al volcan Osorno preciosa

Everything was wonderful, from the super welcome from the staff to the comfy beds and great showers, the lovely views from our room and the excellent breakfast. We couldn’t have asked for more and had a lovely relaxing time here.

Die Betreiber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, so hat uns der Besitzer abends zu einem Restaurant gefahren und auch nach dem Essen wieder abgeholt. Alles wird mit sehr viel Liebe präsentiert, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt.

Die Wände waren recht dünn.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The masseuse was great too.

The lack of choice for breakfast each day was limited & repetitive.
