I was concerned about the remote access, especially as we were going to be a little late arriving, however it all worked well.

We have now used these apartments several times with various family members. The location is excellent for central Bologna. Communication with the property owners is also first rate and the information provided to access the apartments was easy to understand. The units are large studios and are well appointed with electrical appliances. The lift was helpful for the suitcases as the apartments are on the 2nd floor, but easily accessible by the wide staircase for those with the mobility to use them. Overall, the studios both offer an excellent starting point to explore Bologna.

A very minor point, due to the central restricted traffic location you do need to get dropped off in a neighbouring street, such as Via Belvedere, but that is only 25m or so from the property. Minor but may be important for some travellers.

Great location and all the information provided about access to the property was clear, very helpful and timeous.

The location was great and within walking distance so many things. Air conditioner worked great and the apartment was pretty much as pictured, although maybe a little smaller than I thought. Very clean as well. We only stayed one night and were not in the apartment much, but this suited our needs. Check-in was done through an app and worked well. Communication from the apartment owner was quick and responsive.

The room was very clean with good facilities and extra thought given to what a traveller might need like washing up liquid, washing machine powder, this was a nice touch. It was also great being close to a vibrant food market.

Our window view wasn't very good, as we had scaffolding outside our window. The location is good for travellers who what to be in heart of a vibrant night scene, but it was bit too busy and noisy for us at night.

Location is a 5 minute walk from the heart of Bologna, nestled next to the main food market and restaurants and over the road from one of the best coffee shops around. Easy access to everything. Lift access to the accommodation and good interaction with the property owners at all times.

No issues on this trip. We have booked it again!

The bed was comfortable and the aircon and washing machine makes a great difference. The street you stay on has great food and drinks options and is only a 5 minute taxi drive from the train station.
