There was nothing special about the property it basically sucked most hotels have a store or something around close by that has nothing. You might as well turn it into a damn nursing home. That's all I have to say about that property answer the next..

I understand it is an extended stay but as soon as I arríeles I was told by the front desk lady. That if I needed anything like towel or sheets I would be charged extra, was told I needed to wash the bed sets and towels with my laundry because they won’t change anything until we leave. Honestly felt like there was no type of care about the costumer. No services provided at all

Cockroaches in room, room was filthy, smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Room was awful over all

The place you had to buy your own toilet paper what's your phone challenge of washcloths there was no trash cans you had to walk forever in the back of the building to empty your trash no room service no housekeeping service no vending machines they didn't work laundry have the laundry washers and dryers didn't work the staff was rude ignorant disrespectful place was a dump
