Bonitas instalaciones Buena limpieza

Piden un deposito de $100.000 por unas bebidas y snacks que están en la mini nevera Se tardan en responder los mensajes de whatsapp No hay indicaciones de como llegar a la recepción y al entrar al hotel no se sabe en donde hacer el check in ni se ve alguien del personal para recibir a los huéspedes la televisión solo funciona con Netflix y YouTube En la noche no responden mensajes con las inquietudes o problemas que los huéspedes puedan tener así que si se presenta algún inconveniente en la noche no hay quien solucione Una mañana encontramos un murciélago dentro de la habitación y por la noche se escuchaban chillidos en el techo que no dejaban dormir, les escribimos por whatsapp para reportar el problema pero no contestaron sino hasta el día siguiente Una ventana de la habitación no aseguraba y lo reportamos, enviaron a alguien de mantenimiento pero no la repararon y tuvimos que dejar las maletas en la habitación con una ventana sin asegurar La cama es demasiado dura

Exteriores agradables, Jardines bonitos y bien cuidados. La atención de Vanesa. Buena primera impresión.

Nuestra habitación no era confortable: Camas demasiado duras. Malas Almohadas. Toallas chiquitas de pobre calidad. Nevera ruidosa. Por el precio que se paga, y al ser un hotel se espera encontrar por lo menos shampoo el la ducha! De otras habitaciones (cabañas) no se respetaron horarios de descanso con música y fiesta a alto volumen hasta la madrugada!
