The owner of the hotel was amazing and friendly and helpful. . They kept out bags for hours after and were kind and polite.

However one staff a middle aged woman condescended to us. Bathroom small and we felt a bit icky in the rooms. Carpets seemed old and dirty. No extra bin for the room. Just one bin in bathroom to put used toilet paper in.

Me sentí muy cómodo me orientaron en todo el desayuno estaba delicioso el personal muy amable mi hijo se sintió como en casa si tendría que regresar volvería sin dudarlo

La verdad no hay mucho que decir solo agregaré en la noche se sintió un poco de frío y si puedan poner mas puntos de corriente por lo menos en mi habitación después todo super bien

Buena relación precio beneficio. La plaza mayor está a la vuelta de la esquina. Incluye un desayuno básico pero bueno, debieran extender el servicio hasta las 9:30. La senora a cargo del desayuno es muy amable y conversadora.

Lo mejor la ubicación, a 4-3 min de todo. Nos atendieron bien, solucionaron los problemas que tuvimos. Cumplió las expectativas.

Las fotos se veian mejor de lo que realmente era, ejemplo el balcón de la foto tenia una vista muy bonita y mi ventana daba al interior y no tenia buena vista, pero estuvo bien. Los días que no dormimos muy bien fué por las festividades que comenzaron a tirar fuegos artificiales desde las 6 AM hasta las 11 de la noche, y desde esa ubicación se sintió muy cerca. Todo lo demás bien. El pan del desayuno no era muy bueno.

It was a good location and a decent budget option.

The breakfast started at 6:30am until 9am. EVERY MORNING at around 6:20am one of the women that ran the breakfast would start talking (almost YELLING) and wake me up. I was there for 7 days and this happened every day but 1. At one point on the 2nd day, I got out of my room at 7:15am (it started at ~6:20am) to see what was going on. 2 women that worked for the hotel were standing right by the front desk and entrance to the eating area, talking to each other as if they were hard of hearing (almost yelling at each other). I asked them why they couldn't be quiet and they stated that the hotel echoed a lot. I said you could go inside the eating area, in the back corner and have a conversation and it wouldn't bother anyone. I honestly couldn't believe it. It happened every day but 1.

La habitación que me dieron está al lado de la calle, por lo que el ruido se filtraba. Las almohadas muy duras.
