Great view. Convenient location.

A few cockroaches in the room. Difficult to operate television. Noisy, loud guests basically yelling in the hallway outside our door late at night and super early in the morning.

The staff is very helpful. He gave us early check in and most important, full of smile. The price is very affordable for those who are searching for economic value.

staff were polite, but they don't really speak English, Google translate works. quiet and convenient area, 10 mins walk to dragon bridge and night market, with roadside stalls along the river at night. 15 mins walk to Korean market or local supermarket. balcony view of tran thi ly bridge.

balcony is only foot-wide like 30cm, wide enough for a few ppl to stand there. the bed is not facing bridge view but residential, so the balcony is not very useful. the lift will shut down for some time during the day cos the cleaning staff was using it. I was told to wait 10-15 mins but I took the stairs instead which luckily I did cos I managed to shower and pack my bag before I got the msg that the lift is working after 30 mins. the step bin in bathroom is not working. the blinds and glass were not clean. there were ants in the bathroom.

The location is not bad. Close enough to the Dragon bridge and night market. The Wi-Fi works pretty good.

The wall is very thin. If you have a loud neighbor, you are screwed. They only take cash as the payment.

it’s not center so not many restaurants nearby but cafes and grocery shop were close so it was ok.

Awesome place, the reception were able to lend me a charger as I forgot mine. Location is good, the views were awesome from the balcony!
