Clean room. Good value. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating to our need. They also have laundry services if you need just ask the front desk does not including with the room charge.

You can see the Dragon Bridge from the stay. We stayed on the 4th floor with a balcony. It’s actually in a quiet area, but everything is within walking distance. The hotel reception staff, especially the guy named Ti (I couldn’t catch his name properly), was very helpful, and his service was excellent. The room’s toilet seat was worn out when we checked in, and he immediately fixed it.

Very nice hotel close to the river. You can see the Dragon Bridge from the balcony. Staff are very nice and smiling. Room is very clean. Walking to night market only 10 minutes. I love this hotel. I will go back again for sure.

For Muslims, this hotel location is for you to be considered because it is located next to Karim Halal Food Restaurant. The hotel staffs are very good, friendly and helpful. The Dragon Bridge and Son Tra Night Market are about 20min walking. Near to this hotel there are Highland Coffee, Starbucks for coffee lover.

The bathroom drain always clog. After one person taking shower, the next person has to wait about 5-10 min for the bathroom drain to be cleared.

Stay for 4nights..Fast check in upon arrival, reception staff was attentive and helpful. Room was at level 3 with elevator available at lobby for all guest. Clean toilet with hot shower. Complementary 2 bottle of drinking water daily. Walking distance to Halal Karim Food Restaurant (1min walk) Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Will come and stay here again in future.

Ours is 5th floor. They only have 6th floor in total. It does have the dragon bridge view but not the head of the dragon as there is a new building construction in front of the riverside. it will soon be blocked by it. You can see from my photos. Toilet is big but shower head the rain version not functioning well so we just use the hand held type. Location is walking distance to the night market along the riverside walk. But in terms of food, not much choices nearby for vietnamese food. There is a halal restaurant next door. We went to the same vietnamese restaurant every morning coz it's the only vietnamese restaurant nearby us. Others need walk towards the dragon bridge area. But coffee shop they have few choices.

The hotel only accept cash and it didn't mention in the message. They don't even text anything even my request they didn't reply so i didn't even know if I get the room I choose until I'm there. This room has one double bed and one big single, more suitable for 3 adults. It's misleading from the description that mentioned 2 double bed as it would have change my decision in choosing this place because we are 4 adults and 2 are big size. The receptionist lady can't speak English so she doesn't explain the situation even though she can see there are 4 adults. So we needed to rearrange the bed to put them together so at least all 4 of us can sleep nicely. Balcony is not clean. Can see cigarettes buds on the floor. Room size a bit tight to open 2 medium size luggage. We did ask to change to a room that has 2 double bed but those room no view and sold out that nights. The lady was also not at the receptionist counter when we went down a few times to ask for things like there were only 2 water bottle and 2 towels instead of 4. Night shift was a man. He was at the counter most of the time and seems to be able to understand English better. There are some few plugs around but some of it is at a location that is not suitable if you have short wire as it is up on the wall without a place to put your stuff to charge it. Lift is very small. Only can fit 6 skinny people without luggage. So if you have luggage and few big size people, you may need to wait or use staircase.
