The location is generally good, however you might opt for a quieter place further south on the beach, since the premises are always rather crowded (especially on weekends). Most dive shops are reachable with a short walk on the beach. The room featured a shower and a toilet inside, which is not a given in many properties. The price makes the property worthwhile for a short stay in Dauin.

Inadequate noise isolation, especially for a popular place like this. You can hear customers and staff walking past your room in the night and early morning. The staff is quite unfriendly and inattentive. They make you ask extra for basics like cutlery. Their food is rather subpar. We were served a tiny bangus, almost twice smaller than at any other place, and a poorly made lechon. Never used the restaurant afterwards. They use Starlink for Internet, so expect a lot of hiccups, not good for working.

The resort is right on the beach and has a very local feel. Scuba diving shops are a short walk down the beach. Dauin is a small town but has several good spots to eat at.

There were some noise issues with music from other resorts.

Einfache, aber schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Essen war sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich.

Es ist extrem hellhörig und Bar/Restaurant schließt schon recht früh (vor 21 Uhr)

Расположение, завтраки на пляже. Но только в будни. Надо иметь в виду, что по выходным очень много народу. ..

В отеле допускаются домашние животные ( собаки). Уборка номера после таких клиентов проводится очень плохо .. запах остаётся.В нашем случае под чемоданом на полу за 4 дня прибывания вылупились опарыши червяки. Ужас ужасный!

Ces vétuste est mal entretenue, un conseil n’arrivait pas le dimanche car l’hôtel est envahi par beaucoup de monde ainsi que sur la plage
