The Farmers Cottage Bethulie at Karoo Pandok

The farmhouse was very clean and organized. The garden was excellent and our pet roam around without us watching. Very nice quiet area.

Little improvement with the braai facilities is needed.

The cleanliness and the view, and the very friendly host. Breakfast included all the bells and whistles and lovely personalised service

Rural but all good

Beautiful little cottage on a stunning smallholding. Tidy garden, which was so nice to wake up to. Inside was beautifully decorated and clean. Linda went above and beyond to make us feel at home and tended to our every need.

Everything was perfect.

The fenced garden for dogs and outside braai area. The gas oven for cooking. Linda the host was lovely.

The firewood for the fire inside was not properly dried out. Despite using wall heater, air con heater and fireplace the room was still cold. The non disclosure of pet charge on booking was a pity (the information was only given on the day of arrival. Knowing this information at outset is transparent and would have helped with decision regarding booking the venue). The room could have been slightly warmed for our arrival to make it feel more welcoming. The hot water pipes iced up overnight, so no shower in morning . The music from the locals in the area played until past 02h00 in the early hours of the night. There was no plug in kitchen sink which made washing dishes a little more difficult. The shower door slips out of track.

It was very private and contained - great given we travelled with our dogs. Nicely put together, collected interior - had all we needed for a stop over!

The best thing was that it was fully fenced so we didn’t have to worry about our dog.

Most beautiful farm feeling accommodation with friendly hostess and wonderful animals. Accommodation was clean and welcoming with everything you would need for a lovely holiday. Very private with its own lovely garden.
