"Praktische locatie en aangename slaap- en badkamer, maar erg slecht bed."

Locatie: centraal, bezienswaardigheden zijn makkelijk bereikbaar (opgelet: hotel is niet makkelijk zichtbaar. Het ligt in een congress centrum). Slaap- en badkamer waren netjes en aangenaam.

Het bed is erg klein en zeer oncomfortabel om in te slapen. Zowel de matras als het kussen zijn niet aangenaam om op te slapen.

シングルでの利用でしたが、想像以上に広く快適でした。今まで宿泊したシングルの部屋の中ではダントツに広かったです。 駅から少し離れますが、ホテルのすぐ前にバス停があり、便数も多く広島駅までバスでの移動時間は20分程度240円でしたので、離れていても個人的には問題の無い範囲でした。 スタッフの方に広島駅からホテル間のバス乗り場を確認したところ親切丁寧に対応いただいました。 価格も良心的ですのでおすすめしたいですし、また利用させていただきたいです。

平和記念公園に非常に近く、飲食店やコンビニも近く大変便利な場所にありました。そうじも行き届いておりキレイでコスパが良く、とても良い宿です。 1歳半の子連れで伺ったので和室で洗い場付お風呂が部屋にあり助かりました。 朝食会場にはベビーチェアと子どもイスが2種類あり便利でした。 1つだけセキュリティ面が大変不安になりました。外出時鍵をフロントに預けると言われたので部屋番号を覚えておいて預けたのですが、帰宿時に「501の〇〇(3文字変わった名字)です」と言った所509の鍵を渡されました。「あれ？〇〇ですが部屋番号501じゃありませんか？」と聞くと「△△さま(4文字の一文字も合ってない別の方の名字)じゃなかったでしたっけ、、、」「〇〇です」「あ、間違えました」とのやり取りで、フロントロビーは他にお客さんもおらず静かでしたが名前も部屋番号も両方ハッキリ告げたのに全然聞いてないんだ、と思いました。私が部屋番号を覚えていなかったら他の方の部屋を開けてしまうところでした。また私はセキュリティ面が不安で名前もきちんと名乗りましたが、普段部屋番号を告げるだけで鍵を渡していませんでしょうか？そこがすごく不安になりました。
