"Property was great but Hanmer Holidays Homes were terrible."

The property was great. The owner has put new bathrooms in and it presents well.

The house had not been cleaned from the previous tenants. It was filthy with no beds made up, toilets soiled and crap everywhere. We had to get them out after hours and they did the bare essentials and had to come back Saturday at our inconvenience. Very poor service from Hanmer Holiday Homes.
