Cynthia was absolutely wonderful, from meeting me in the parking area, carrying my bag, showing me my room and then making several phone calls to my next destination for me. And she even had to telephone the boat driver after I'd left to go back and get a bag I'd forgotten!! Thank you so much for your care and attention Cynthia. The location is fabulous--on the lagoon beach, very private and peaceful and the bungalows are beautiful and spread out in a lovely mature garden. I had an enormous bungalow, beautifully furnished and with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. The dining area has a roof but no walls which was perfect for the weather and ambience. I wanted a simple supper of egg and chips--not on the menu, but provided without any bother and perfectly cooked. I would certainly highly recommend Les Acacia Bungalows and wish that I'd had a longer stay there.

I like the beach

I didn't like the mosquitos

Cute, simple rustic wooden huts in a beautiful location, seconds from the white sands of Lac Rasoabe and a short boat ride from the remote Indian Ocean beach. Persevere with the long drive from Antsirabe and avoid stopping in Brickaville if you can! The staff were amazing, very attentive and eager to help.

Although fully functional, the huts could use a little tlc Only took cash, so stock up because the nearest ATM is in Brickaville.

Very friendly staff and beautiful wooden bungalows. Paradisical private beach.

Lots of flies and mosquito's when we were there so be sure to take deet.

No complaints Nice place, good value and well run. The trip from the main road only took 30 minutes

the access road of 6km took 1 hour to drive and is a mess. staff not very interested. no hot water at all. very sad and not really going anywhere
