BrewDog Kennels - Aberdeen

Day prior to booking, was sent a message via WhatsApp advising that lift was broken. One of our party had a back problem and would not have been able to carry heavy bags and golf bags up stairs, so we had to urgently make a different hotel reservation. After I made the new booking, Brewdog advised that the lift had been fixed. But we had already booked another hotel. They made a mistake but were unwilling to refund the money. Very bad experience as a result of their mistake. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Bed was very uncomfortable & creaked every movement so had a poor night sleep

Decent place to stay, no complaints!

Room was clean and very comfortable. Loved that we even had a record player and albums in the room. Set up like a little efficiency apartment but cool decor. Bar staff were nice, food and drinks delicious. Very walkable area. Parking was not available at property, must park in parking garage.

We only stayed a short time. It was wonderful.
