The place offers all the facilities for a comfortable stay with an amazing pool

Beautiful villa - incredibly spacious rooms and living room that made you feel very connected and present with the group you are sharing the space with. Check in and out was easy process for the most part (see below). The greetings hosts were not local but they were polite and helpful with any questions we had. There is a working TV with Netflix and Amazon prime which was great for our group of friends. The security staff were so lovely and even parked our car for us. Quite close to a local beach which was good for a swim. Overall nice stay for a small group of friends.

Few things we thought were peculiar included a large security deposit ($100USD) that needed to be paid in cash only - peculiar because as a group of friends we have stayed at many villas in the south coast and they have never requested such deposits and if we had, a card was accepted (makes sense as we used a card to pay a 30% advance payment?). Additionally we were not from US or EU this was quite inconvenient as we needed to get local LKR cash out (30k LKR) to use only for this deposit and that was basically our entire spending money for the weekend tied up at the hotel unable to be touched till check out. I paid a 30% advance payment via a secure link (which was fine) connected to my card but found it strange and annoying that the remaining 70% had to be paid in cash or else they would have to add another 3% charge for using my card at check in payment. Remaining payment also had to be done at check in which is fine but this was not communicated to me prior and given the amount of cash out I had to get for above point with deposit, it just felt a little weird. Also the rate of your stay will be based on the day of exchange rate (could work in or against your favour). The villa itself is quite difficult to find in the dark if you do not see the signage. No large car would be able to fit down the road to get to the parking as the road was incredibly narrow and passes a construction site that also creates obstructions. If you have a car you are not allowed to park it inside the villa property you need to park it outside with the security guards. This was fine but it rained often so was a little inconvenient to walk.

The villas are super nice, each one like a private calm area but still walking distance from Kabalana beach. Perfect for family’s with younger adults, every sleeping room with it’s own bathroom.

Very well designed and clean villas. It was a very enjoyable experience. the location of the property is also very good. the staff is very helpful and accomodating. Definitely worth staying.

Lovely and clean with property centred around the pool. Walking distance to everything.
