Doskonała lokalizacja. Wystarczający na krótki pobyt dla dwóch osób. Czysto, przyjemna pościel i ręczniki, ładna łazienka z pralką i bidetem, suszarka i żelazko. W aneksie kuchennym zmywarka, mikrofalówka, czajnik, ekspres kapsułkowy. Wygodne łóżko można składać na dzień, aby korzystać z kanapy.

Ideal apartment for short or longer stays. Contains all the necessary facilities for a family. The location is just perfect, everything in Bologna city center is around the corner, I doubt there is a better location in Bologna. Spotlessly clean and the bathroom is brand new and renovated, with an amazing rain shower. The building itself is very safe. Very quiet in the night, even though it is so central and there are always people passing by. Definitely recommended!

Wifi was not working when we arrived, so no Internet. They said the apartment had a temporary problem with the modem, but it was never fixed during our 4night stay. We didn't bother (as we had mobile data in our phones), but this might be a problem for someone else. Other than that, everything was perfect.

It was excelent. Me and my partner enjoyed the stay. It is placed in the middle of everything :). You have all important objectives and restaurants / important street food close. We enjoyed Tamburini, Murtadela, and last, but not least, Osteria dell' Orsa. Bonus: it was so quiet in the night.

The place was very well prepared for both a shorter and a longer trip. All necessary equipment was available. The place seemed very safe, on the ground floor during the week until about 5pm there was a person responsible for the keys to the building, so no unwanted people were hanging around there. Great location, ideal to visit the center of Bologna. The apartment was very clean. Internet was stable and fast. Air condition was very helpfull during hot summer.

The apartment is ideal for a lengthy stay with kitchenette and other necessary features. The owner was very reponsive and offered an earlier check-in, since I've arrived during morning hours to the city. What imakes it special is a very central location near the Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore in a very cozy part of the city with gastro-shops, very nice restaurants and clothes stores including high fashion brands. The distance to the train station is about 20 minutes by walk.
