The views of the pond

My room wasn't clean at all. Roaches, bugs & spiders . No sheets for pullout bed. Tub drainage stopped up. Mold on the shower curtain. Filty unit. We had to check out early to find a hotel room to finish our getaway. Most terrible hotel experience ever.

Our proximity to the pool was fabulous. Quiet, calm complex. Even during a very busy time of year we still had privacy during pool times.

We traveled in 2 cars and there was only 1 gate key provided, with no code option. It made it very difficult to vacation as a group and have to be in constant communication of who would be coming back when, so we could get in the complex. Also, the gate key was needed for the pool area, so again it was complicated if someone was going out and someone else wanted to make use of the amenities.
