Świetny apartament duży , przestronny z pieknnym widokiem.

The view was amazing.

It is the first time I have negative opinion ;(. No reaction on claims from the host site. The person who contacted us sent someting but nothing that could calm us down. The most disappointing part of our stay was the ongoing construction work of 'private' beach sters, which took place directly in front of the apartment, which completely blocked access to the beach and made it impossible to enjoy the garden or any privacy. The apartment itself was poorly maintained, with a strong musty smell, visible mold on the walls, and several faulty facilities, including the shower and toilet flush. Additionally, the outdoor furniture was dirty, damaged, and unusable, which significantly reduced the comfort and value of the accommodation.

Only the view

House was dirty, shower heads were broken, the tub in en-suite was leaking to floor. Whole place was damp and ceiling had mold. They only left 1 roll of toiler paper and no toileterees. Avoid this place. The view is nice but it is not enough to overlook all the other downsides.

Niets, het was vies. Het was niet schoongemaakt en zeer slecht onderhouden. Overal vieze handdoeken en haren en vuil van de vorige huurders. Afval niet opgeruimd, veel vliegen daardoor overal.

Alles had beter gekund

Spaziosa e pulita. Con accesso privato al mare. A pochi minuti dal centro di Catania ma in zona tranquilla. Ottima posizione x una gita sull’Etna

L'emplacement. Face à la mer, la tranquillité du lieu.

De devoir poser plusieurs fois avant de partir à propos des draps et linge de toilette pour savoir si ils étaient inclus ? Puis d'avoir à remplir une semaine avant le départ les coordonnées de tous les occupants et fournir les cartes d'identité . Puis à l'arrivée ce fut dommage de n'avoir personne pour nous accueillir au logement et nous avons dû envoyer des messages pour savoir comment mettre de l'électricité pour les appareils électriques ! Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres et salle de bains. Le pommeau de douche et les robinets étaient tout abîmés ça giclait n'importe comment ! Il manquait des verres pour un logement de 6 personnes.Mais personne est venu pallier à tout ça !

Seaview was the only value of the apartment

The apartment was dirty, extremely humid inside, the back part of the bedroom and bathroom unbreathable due to the humidity, I'm glad we stayed only two nights as this was not a nice holiday place. Kitchen was missing basic utilities e.g kettle, microwave. Garbage bins were outside, extremely dirty place which needs a general refurbishment. Mold on the walls especially in the bathrooms, shower not usable, water spraying on every side from the tap... This is a place we will never return.

Location was very good, and close to a supermarket, so no problems getting the essentials. Beds were clean and ready to sleep in. Andrea the agent was top class and very helpful with all our needs.

Unfortunately the property was not maintained and as clean as I would expect it to be. There was no hot water in the kitchen, plus the kitchen was very damaged with draws and cupboards that don't close properly, the main bedroom and in suite bathroom doors did not close properly without using force. The bath had attachments for jets that were broken and just left like that. The shower head was broken and when switching the water on it leaked from the attachment quite a lot. Lastly you could not walk round without some type of footwear as your feet or socks would be black within minutes, I am a bit disappointed with that because as we arrived the cleaning lady was just leaving so you would presume the floors would have been washed.
