È una buona soluzione per chi vuole alloggiare a Taormina e viaggia in macchina. Bel parcheggio ombreggiato gratuito in loco per tutti i residenti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Il nostro appartamento aveva un balconcino e vista mare parziale. L'appartamento (con angolo cottura) era pulito, anche se l'arredamento era un po' datato. Doccia molto piccola. Letto comodissimo, abbiamo dormito molto bene, anche perché il posto è silenzioso. Villaggio Placido conta diversi appartamenti e l'area è tenuta molto bene, con tanti fiori e piante che abbelliscono l'ambiente. Staff amichevole e presente.

L'entrata del nostro appartamento (Limosa) era un po' defilato, sul retro e di fianco alla lavanderia, avrei preferito un'altra entrata. 200 euro a notte è un prezzo un po' alto per quello che offriva la sistemazione, ma del resto era alta stagione e a Taormina si paga la location.

The grounds were beautiful. The villas were well situated amongst the gardens. The hosts were always available and greeted us upon arrival. The private passage to the beach was wonderful. A hidden gem amongst the cliffs of Taormina. The villas were well equipped with lots of space around them. Would love to return!

The bed could’ve been a little more comfortable.

Gute Beschreibung des Weges, leicht zu finden. Einfahrt etwas bergab, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Strandnähe über Stufen in wenigen Minuten, zur Kabelbahn in die City um 10,-- Euro hin und retour ca. 4 Min fußläufig erreichbar. Zwei Minimärkte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, dort gab es auch Sonnenschirme ab 8,--Euro zu kaufen, ebenfalls Restaurants in der Nähe. Klimaanlage super, Betten bequem, Standtücher ebenfalls vorhanden. Nette Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und Sessel vorhanden. Ältere aber liebevolle Einrichtung.

Sehr kleine Dusche und enges WC direkt daneben. Rest war in Ordnung und sauber. Der Strand war leider sehr überlaufen, öffentliche Strand war sehr klein. Normalen Betten kosten 50,-- Euro 2 Betten ein Schirm. Lieder war das Meer im Bereich vom öffentlichen Strandabschnitt sehr schmutzig und abkühlen war möglich, schwimmen nicht. Plastik, Müll dürfte dort durch die Strömung zusammen getrieben werden. Etwas weiter vorne war es besser.

Location

The room had a very potent smell of cigarette smoke. As if someone had been smoking inside. We did not book a smoking room and as two non smokers the smell was very overwhelming. The smell is still in our suitcases and our clothes.

The location was great and private.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo przestronne pomieszczenia i przestrzeń dookoła domku. Czysto i przyjemnie, choć niestety nie proponowano czyszczenia w trakcie pobytu (wymieniano nam regularnie ręczniki). Gospodyni przemiła i bardzo pomocna.

Standard kuchni nieco przestarzały (stary zlew i garnki), trochę mało miejsca i słabe wyposażenie (brak herbaty). To jednak są absolutne drobiazgi.
